Northern Nigeria Flour Mills Plc (NNFM Plc) has permitted a closing dividend of 25 kobo per share for the monetary 12 months ended March 31, 2025.
The decision was handed on the firm’s 53rd Annual Normal Assembly (AGM) held on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at Bristol Palace Resort, Kano.

The corporate secretary, Ogwuche Theophilus, confirmed the resolutions in an announcement to the Nigerian Change (NGX).
