Guinness Nigeria Appoints Abimbola Ajibola-Jimoh as New Firm Secretary

Guinness Nigeria Plc has introduced the appointment of Ms. Abimbola Ajibola-Jimoh as its new Firm Secretary, following board approval on the assembly held on October 22, 2025.

The change takes impact from November 1, 2025, marking a key transition within the firm’s authorized and governance management.

Resignation of Abidemi Ademola

The corporate confirmed that Mrs. Abidemi Ademola will step down as Firm Secretary efficient October 31, 2025, after two years of devoted service.
