The Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) has been allotted N1 billion by the Federal Authorities to spice up its agricultural business farm operations.
The fund is a part of the 2025 Particular Intervention Programme for Agricultural Business Farms permitted by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The Govt Secretary of the Tertiary Schooling Belief Fund (TETFund), Arc. Sonny Echono, conveyed the approval to the college in a letter addressed to the Vice Chancellor, Professor Adenike Oladiji.
“Additional to the approval of the 12 months 2025 intervention funds by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and in step with the provisions of the Tertiary Schooling Belief Fund Act 2011, I write to tell you that your establishment has been allotted a particular intervention for Agricultural Business Farm in your establishment.
