Nigerian singer Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has spoken on a memorable gesture during the early days of his career from fellow music icon Daddy Showkey.
The artist, while speaking during a recent stage performance, publicly celebrated Daddy Showkey, revealing that he was the first person who ever gave him $100.
2Baba also reflected on his own life’s journey. He stated that he has turned over a new leaf after getting more than he bargained for.
“Daddy Showkey was the first person to give me $100, and that was my first time seeing a dollar note. It was this great man that gave it to me,” he said.
His statement comes amid the speculations made about his current marriage to Natasha and and relationship with his ex-wife, Annie.
