Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemate, Sultex, has been evicted from the “Show Ya Sef” house after five weeks in the reality television competition, bringing an end to a colourful run marked by dance, strategy and heated confrontations.
His exit was announced on Sunday at the eviction show.
Sultex, whose real name is Sultan Aregbe-Obanikoro, is a professional dancer, choreographer, casting director and movie director from Lagos.
He entered the house on July 26 as one of 24 contestants competing for the season’s record N160 million grand prize.
His eviction comes after a week in which his profile inside the house rose considerably, particularly following a heated confrontation involving fellow housemates Bells and Yusuf.
The disagreement, which began as a conversation between Bells and Sultex on Day 34, escalated after Yusuf intervened. The exchange became heated, with the three housemates trading accusations and insults in an incident that nearly turned physical.
The confrontation became one of the defining moments of Sultex’s final week, adding another layer to a journey that had already included moments of influence and strategic gameplay.
Earlier in the season, Sultex won the Most Influential Player title in Week Three, earning immunity from eviction and a tablet under Biggie’s new reward system.
That earlier success demonstrated his growing visibility in the house, but his fortunes changed when he found himself among the 14 housemates exposed to the public vote in Week Five.
The week’s nomination process was unusually revealing, with housemates required to publicly state whom they wanted to save and explain their choices.
Chimsom Chuka, who won the Head of House title for the second time, subsequently used his veto power to save Sheba. Abi also had immunity as the week’s Most Influential Player, while Flora and Aikou were protected as the season’s “Gambits.”
Sultex’s exit came at the end of a particularly turbulent week in the house. Dubbed “Topsy-Turvy Week,” the fifth week saw Biggie transform the house into a jungle, introduce animal identities for the contestants and push them through a series of unexpected twists.
