UEFA has selected three major European stadiums to host the finals of its three main men’s club competitions in 2027.
The venues and dates are:
1. Estadio Metropolitano, Madrid – Champions League Final
Venue: Estadio Metropolitano, Madrid
Date: June 5, 2027
The home ground of Atlético Madrid, which can hold about 70,000 spectators, will host the 2027 UEFA Champions League final.
It will be the second time the stadium has hosted the final. It previously staged the 2019 final, when Liverpool defeated Tottenham Hotspur 2-0.
2. Stadion Frankfurt, Frankfurt – Europa League Final
Venue: Stadion Frankfurt, Frankfurt
Date: May 26, 2027
The home of Eintracht Frankfurt will host the 2027 UEFA Europa League final.
The stadium has a long history of hosting major football matches. It has been used for three FIFA World Cups and also hosted five matches during UEFA Euro 2024.
3. Beşiktaş Park, Istanbul – Conference League Final
Venue: Beşiktaş Park, Istanbul
Date: June 2, 2027
Beşiktaş Park, which has a capacity of about 40,000, will host the 2027 UEFA Conference League final.
The stadium is located beside the Bosphorus and has previously hosted major UEFA matches. It staged the 2019 UEFA Super Cup and will also host the 2026 UEFA Europa League final.
The three stadiums will therefore play a major role in European club football during the 2026/27 season.
