Nigerian music star, Davido, has spoken on the need for financial security in marriages, stating that both men and women should maintain personal finances.
The artist, while speaking during an interview with The Uncut Podcast, stressed that he sees nothing wrong with having secret accounts whilst being married.
Davido buttressed his point by adding that he wouldn’t feel betrayed if he ever finds out his wife, Chioma, has a secret bank account.
”Yeah, I think it’s good. I actually think they should; you never know. If I ever found out that my wife had a secret bank account, I’d not be angry; I think everybody should have their own. I think everybody should have their own,” he stated.
