A female rapper has come forward with allegations that a popular Nigerian dancer and entertainer s£xu@lly @ss@ult£d her during an encounter in Dallas, Texas in 2024.
Ms Jorji said the incident occurred when she and a female friend visited the entertainer, Poco Lee, at his apartment after receiving an invitation.
She said she was looking for guidance and mentorship regarding her music career.
According to her account, the situation escalated when Poco Lee made unwanted physical advances toward her, then allegedly made similar advances on her friend and tried to force her into a separate room.
Ms Jorji said she and her friend fought off the advances, left the apartment immediately and drove several hours back that same night.
She stated that she stayed silent about the incident for two years due to fear, intimidation and doubt that anyone would believe her account against a well-known entertainment figure.
Ms Jorji also said that demanding s£x in exchange for career opportunities is a common problem in the music industry, adding that other people in the business have done the same thing to her.
The allegations emerge following media reports about the entertainer’s reported legal troubles and arrest in the United Kingdom.
