‘Private chats are being misrepresented’ — Alicia Daniella

Alicia Daniella has issued an official statement through her legal representatives as the public fallout with her estranged husband, photographer David Martins, continues.

In the statement, Alicia’s lawyers firmly denied allegations that she was involved in an affair or maintained an inappropriate relationship with any third party, insisting that she has conducted herself with dignity and integrity throughout the situation.

The legal team also addressed the circulation of alleged private conversations involving Alicia, describing their publication and selective interpretation as a deliberate attempt to create a false and misleading narrative.

According to her lawyers, “private communications taken out of context and presented without supporting evidence cannot be regarded as proof of wrongdoing.”

They further warned against the continued publication or dissemination of what they described as false and defamatory claims about their client.

The statement revealed that Alicia has received several messages containing allegations about her personal life, which her lawyers maintain are untrue and defamatory.

However, the legal representatives stressed that the core issue remains the allegations of domestic violence and abuse previously raised by Alicia.

They disclosed that legal proceedings have already been initiated and that the matter is currently before the appropriate law enforcement and judicial authorities.

The lawyers added that Alicia will refrain from making further public comments on the case, choosing instead to allow the legal process to run its course.

They also warned individuals and platforms against sharing or publishing Alicia’s personal information, including details relating to her minor child, without proper authorisation, stating that any further breaches could result in legal action.

Recall that DAILY POST reported on the ongoing marital dispute between the celebrity wedding photographer and his estranged wife, Alicia.

The statement comes amid growing public scrutiny and online debate surrounding the ongoing dispute between Alicia and David Martins.
