Gabriel Martinelli has become the second Arsenal player to agree a move away from the Premier League champions on Sunday.
The Gunners have agreed on a fee of €65 million with Al Hilal for Martinelli.
The 25-year-old has now been given permission to travel for his medical with the Saudi club.
Football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano wrote on X: “Gabriel Martinelli to Al Hilal, here we go! Verbal agreement done for fee over €65m add-ons included.
“Martinelli will sign a long-term deal as he just had authorization to travel in 24h.
“Watkins + Martinelli, plan confirmed.”
Martinelli will join fellow Brazilian Gabriel Jesus in leaving Arsenal.
Jesus is set to sign for Barcelona after a fee of around €10 million was agreed between the two clubs.
