Elon Musk’s first wife, Justine Wilson, has called their marriage extremely toxic in a new documentary about the billionaire.
She said Musk often made her feel unimportant and treated her like she worked for him rather than being his wife.
Justine, who had six children with the Tesla CEO, said she learned what gaslighting means through their relationship.
She recalled Musk telling her at their wedding that he was the alpha in their relationship while they danced.
She also said he constantly criticized her and pointed out ways he thought she was not good enough.
Justine and Musk had a daughter named Nevada who d+ed from SIDS when she was 10 weeks old.
The documentary premiered at the Venice Film Festival.
The film also includes comments from Ashley St. Clair, another former partner of Musk’s.
St. Clair said she turned down a 40 million dollar agreement that would have stopped her from speaking publicly about Musk so she could be in the documentary.
She said she wanted to show her children that telling the truth should not come with a price.
However, Musk denied her claim, saying she was never offered that amount of money and that she has a history of making false statements.
