Media personality and content creator Elege Oritsemeyiwa Catherine, popularly known as Judas the Bead Maker, has spoken out about the constant scrutiny faced by women who recently underwent Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) procedures.
Addressing the shift in public perception around cosmetic surgery, Judas claimed that individuals who got the procedure between 2024 and 2026 are finding it increasingly difficult to justify their choice.
She lamented that the procedure no longer offers the attention or perks it once did, leaving many constantly having to defend their decision.
“Nobody has suffered as much as those of us who got BBL in 2024, 2025, and 2026,” she said.
“We’re constantly having to explain ourselves because there’s no benefit to BBL anymore.”
Judas, who has previously been open with her online followers about her own cosmetic surgeries and recovery journey, noted that changing beauty standards have left many questioning whether the procedure was still worth it.
