Kylian Mbappé has ruled out the possibility of following Cristiano Ronaldo’s path by playing professional football until the age of 41.

According to a report shared by football journalist Fabrizio Romano on social media on Thursday, Mbappé was asked if he sees himself playing at the top level for as long as Ronaldo has.
The France captain laughed off the idea, jokingly saying that France would never let him play until he is 41.
Even though Mbappé does not plan to play that long, he praised Ronaldo for keeping himself in top physical and mental shape to stay at the highest level for so many years.
Speaking to the German outlet BILD, Mbappé admitted that while Ronaldo’s long career is impressive, he simply does not see himself playing for that many years.
