Veteran Nollywood actress Rita Edochie has shut down people claiming she has arthritis after a video of her dancing went viral online.
The actress fired back at trolls who started speculating about her health after she shared the dance video online.
She questioned how her critics could see her active, flexible lifestyle and think she had a physical condition.
She even challenged them, asking if their own mothers could be as strong, energetic and flexible as she is.
Edochie said she’s been constantly moving around, travelling and standing for long hours while promoting her movies.
So the idea that she has arthritis makes no sense given how active she’s been.
She accused her critics of being jealous because she’s currently trending and getting attention online.
She said their minds were empty enough to only come up with arthritis talk about her.
The actress warned people to stop attacking others on social media because such behaviour can push people into depression.
She said she won’t let her critics stop her from using social media or sharing updates with her followers.
