Justice Emmanuel Fagbenle should not merely be remembered for what he did in The Gambia. Nigeria should consider finding an appropriate national role for him, subject of course to his willingness, where his experience, judicial knowledge, national development and understanding of democratic institutions can continue to serve the country.
