Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown welcomes second child

Millie Bobby Brown has revealed the arrival of her second child, sharing that she and husband Jake Bongiovi have welcomed a baby boy through adoption.

The Stranger Things actress, 22, announced the news on Instagram by sharing a photo of herself and Bongiovi holding their son’s tiny hand, alongside the caption: “hi little guy!”
The couple, who already have an adopted daughter, confirmed earlier this week that they had expanded their family with another adoption.

Brown and Bongiovi announced the arrival of their first child in August 2025, saying they were “beyond excited” to begin a new chapter of parenthood while keeping their daughter’s identity private.

The actress has previously spoken openly about her desire to adopt, revealing that it had been a dream of hers since childhood.
During an appearance on Kylie Kelce’s Not Gonna Lie podcast, Brown said adoption had always been part of her plans and that she had grown up with a strong interest in the journey of adoptive families.

“I always, always wanted to adopt. It was always part of my childhood dreams,” she said.

Brown also said she hopes to have a biological child in the future, explaining that adoption and biological parenthood were both meaningful parts of how she and Bongiovi imagined building their family.
The couple began dating in 2021, became engaged in 2023 and married in Italy in May 2024.

Brown, best known for playing Eleven in Netflix’s Stranger Things, has previously shared that becoming a mother was one of her biggest personal goals, inspired by the relationship she had with her own family.
