The University of Lagos (UNILAG) has released the UTME merit cut-off marks for admission into its various undergraduate programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.
The institution announced the cut-off marks for prospective students, parents and guardians in its latest Information Flash, covering programmes across its faculties.
The published figures BY UNILAG show that admission cut-off marks vary significantly by programme and, in applicable cases, by catchment state. The listed catchment states are Ekiti, Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Osun and Oyo.
For the Faculty of Clinical Sciences, Medicine and Surgery has a merit cut-off mark of 83.425, while the catchment figures range from 79.1 in Lagos to 81.75 in Ondo.
In the Faculty of Computing and Informatics, Computer Science has a merit cut-off of 82.05, while Computer Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering has a slightly higher merit mark of 82.175. Their respective catchment figures are also listed in the university’s schedule.
Other highly competitive programmes include Pharmacy (78.325), Dentistry (79.025), Law (79.125), Nursing Sciences (77.925), Radiography (77.375), Data Science (77.25), Physiotherapy (76.0) and Mass Communication (74.6) on the merit list.
The university’s schedule also contains lower merit cut-off marks for a number of programmes. For instance, Education Economics is listed at 49.65, Meteorology and Climate Science at 51.725, Urban and Regional Planning at 52.825, and Special Education at 52.85.
