Nigerian producer and singer John Saviours Udomboso, popularly known as Young John, has rejected a collaboration request from rapper, Blaqbonez, quoting a tweet where the rapper compared him with another producer, DJ Coublon.
The interaction began after Blaqbonez expressed his interest in collaborating with Young John while reacting to his recent post about wanting a band of five.
“I need like 5 bad friends way we go dey move in bulk!,” Young John initially wrote.
Blaqbonez reacted, “Oya, make we dey together, sing as one.”
The producer however, shared a screenshot of Blaqbonez’s old tweet where he stated that he prefers DJ Coublon over him.
”Go sing as one with Coublon,” he responded to the rapper.
Blaqbonez explained that the post was made by his social media handler in 2015.
