Davido stressed that he has done his part by supporting his family, adding that he believes Nigerian politics is evil. 

Nigerian afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has revealed that he no longer wants to involve himself in Nigerian politics after the re-election of his uncle, Ademola Adeleke, as the Governor of Osun State.

The artist, while expressing his thoughts via his X handle, explained that e stood by his family throughout the political contest without bringing anyone to defend or support him. He also reacted to the backlash he received during the process. claiming that critics were being ‘ruthless and disgusting’.

Davido stressed that he has done his part by supporting his family, adding that he believes Nigerian politics is evil.

“I brought no one! No one defended me! I backed my family on my own!! You guys r ruthless n disgusting! Eeewwww! I have done my job! Nigerian politics is evil AND I DONT WANT TO BE A PART OF IT TILL GOD HELPS US!,” he wrote.
