Kamsy’s eviction came after she was among 16 housemates nominated for possible eviction in the third week of the competition. She had previously survived a nomination round during the second week.
Former Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemate, Kamsy Uzoma, has opened up on her experience in the reality TV show, speaking about some of the misconceptions viewers had about her.
Kamsy, who was evicted from the ‘Show Ya Sef’ edition on Sunday, August 16, spent three weeks in the house before her journey came to an end.
Speaking during an interview with P.M.NEWS, the 24-year-old event planner reflected on her time on the show, stating that she went into the house with no strategy but the plan to be her real self. Kamsy explained that while she understands that the show involves different personalities who were competing for the attention and votes of viewers, she decided to be her real self and not pretend.
”It is exciting and tasking. It keeps you on your toes and helps you build your personal brand. I feel like there’s a major misconception going round because of how I was dressed in the house. People had so much to say, some said I was dirty, some said I didn’t take my bath regularly. To clear that up, I’ll say that just because I want to be comfortable doesn’t mean that I should be perceived in a certain negative way. I don’t see any reason why a regular person will glam up just to sit down in the house, so I didn’t think I was going into the house to form or to impress people. I was going there to make the audience love me for me,” she stated.

With her time in the house now over, Kamsy is expected to shift her attention to life outside the reality show, including her career and other personal projects.
